I sense that some of us are embarking on a revolutionary journey toward justice in this country.
It also feels like the fabric of our society is being ripped apart.
What happens now is up to you and your communities.
If you believe in the concepts and practices of Mutual Aid, LANDBACK, and replacing the carceral system with community safety services, I hope you will decide to conscientiously object to our current systems of injustice and decide to become a New Conscientious Objector (NewCO).
It is as simple and profound as that. But it is also a commitment, some of us feel a spiritual commitment, to getting out into our communities and using the tools of the NewCO.

I don’t envision state or national organizations of NewCO’s because that would be totally against Mutual Aid, which is about not having hierarchies. The NewCO is all about engaging locally, with everyone in the community.
