After all these posts, its time to present a concrete plan to implement the NewCO (New Conscientious Objector). What would that actually look like? Following is a proposed plan.
The plan involves implementing the principles of:
- LANDBACK
- Mutual Aid
- Community safety by abolishing the carceral state of police and prisons

This justice work will require the combined efforts of the following organizations. We have been discussing these things at my Quaker meeting, Bear Creek, which is part of Iowa Yearly Meeting (Conservative). But neither Bear Creek nor the Yearly Meeting have officially engaged, yet.
