The first student pro-Palestinian solidarity encampment under the Trump administration has begun in the past few days. I've been wondering when these solidarity encampments would appear again. In many ways the Trump administration has resulted in such actions carrying significantly greater risks.
What happens to the money?
We can object to many of these policies on grounds of the impacts on social services, or being unjust, but I think that when the actual negative impact of these policies is felt by the public, that will be far more likely to result in resistance to those policies.
