This is a review of some of the work I've been involved with during my life.

Faith in a Time of Genocide
Colonization continues globally today and the genocide in the Middle East is a prime example. Kairos Palestine, the Palestinian Christian Initiative calls out "A Moment of Truth: Faith in a Time of Genocide."
March to Gaza blocked
I had hoped the Global March to Gaza might do what no one has been able to accomplish, create the conditions for actions to bring humanitarian aid to the people of Gaza who Israel is intentionally starving. Unfortunately the March was prevented from crossing Egypt to Gaza.
Global March to Gaza
What makes this march particularly inspiring is its stance. Organisers have emphasised that it is not about taking sides but about addressing a humanitarian catastrophe. Participants are funding their own travel, with no fundraising involved, reflecting a pure intent to serve those in need. This citizen-led approach contrasts with stalled diplomatic efforts, offering a fresh avenue to pressure governments and international bodies to act. Mooman Muhammad
Madleen update 6.8.2025
"We are seeing a systematic starvation of 2 million people. The world cannot be silent bystanders, Every single one of us has a moral obligation to do everything we can to fight for a free Palestine." --Greta Thunberg aboard the Madleen
Break the Cycle of Death
The Freedom Flotilla Madleen is now in Egypt as it attempts to break the Israeli maritime blockade to bring humanitarian aid to Gaza. As Israel escalates its genocidal violence by killing and starving Palestinians, and by driving them from their homes, it’s time to Block the Bombs! On June 5, Representatives Delia Ramirez, Sara Jacobs, Pramila Jayapal, and Mark Pocan, along with 18 colleagues, publicly announced the introduction of a historic bill in Congress to do just that.
Freedom Flotilla Madleen updates
One of the 12 activists on board the Madleen has posted an update on their progress, saying the mission would not be deterred by Israel’s threats to block them. In a video posted to X, Thiago Avila said the crew, which includes high-profile climate activist Greta Thunberg, was not intimidated by a message they had received from Israel on Thursday.
#FastForGaza Reflections
The act of fasting converts the one's own body into evidence of the suffering in Gaza and the complicity of institutions or governments that sustain it. #FastForGaza
Intentionally Starving Palestinians
#FastforGaza Today is World Hunger Day, and I am joining the #FastforGaza to protest the treatment of the people of Gaza. The state of Israel is blocking all food and lifesaving aid from reaching Gaza, with the full support of the United States. People are dying from starvation. In protest, I am eating no food today and drinking nothing but water from sunrise to sunset. I hope my small symbolic act encourages an end to this terrible and preventable catastrophe.
Fast to feed Gaza
Tomorrow, May 28, is World Hunger Day. The American Friends Service Committee (AFSC) has a place to pledge to fast in solidarity with the starvation of the people of Gaza. And below, you will find detailed information from Code Pink on how to fast.
